Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Custom Nature of Services
Fashion designing and stitching work is often customized to the customer’s measurements, fabric, style and requirements. Because of this, refund and cancellation eligibility depends on the stage of work.
2. Order Cancellation
Customers should request cancellation as early as possible. If work has not started, cancellation may be accepted according to the agreed payment terms.
3. Work Already Started
If design, cutting, stitching, purchase of material or other order-specific work has already started, advance payments may be non-refundable or partially refundable depending on cost incurred.
4. Fitting Adjustments
If an issue is caused by our workmanship and is reported promptly, we may offer reasonable correction or adjustment where possible. Issues caused by incorrect measurements or late changes may involve additional charges.
5. No Guarantee for Late Changes
Design changes requested after confirmation may affect pricing, delivery time and final result. We may refuse changes that are not practical after work begins.
